The Voice Objects Factory is a service creation environment with a runtime server. The main focus of the system is on voice applications and back-end integration. 

A user must be on-line to develop a service, but the system can fully run on a PC. Communication with the media server is 100% VoiceXML.

The system imposes the creation of manageable code which is generated using Web-based forms organized in a hierarchical manner. Many voice user interface standard practices have been integrated into the system to facilitate the creation of usable applications. The system can incorporate and integrate with Java, Web services, etc. using  “connectors.” Additional tools are provided for call detail record (CDR) creation, operation, administration and management of the services.
