HP OpenCall Media Platform is a complete and mature VoiceXML platform for service providers. It provides the interface to the telecom network for both voice and signaling. It can be speech-enabled using automatic speech and recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS). Applications can be developed utilizing the VoiceXML and call control capabilities available within the HP OpenCall Media Platform.
