eVoice SME Messaging is ideal for smaller companies needing to administer average volumes of incoming voice messages (such as orders, requests and customer-sensitive caller details). It can also be used for TV show phone-ins, logging of direct-response marketing campaigns and call storage in small office environments. 

eVoice SME Messaging allows the user to dynamically customize welcome announcements via the internet, manage and organize in-coming messages, log caller details (even by region and incoming number) and draft customer lists to reflect in-house priorities in the order of voice mail processing. Information can also be downloaded for the archiving business-critical messages and subsequent off-line processing.
